In any case, the return and the replacement of products is possible under the following conditions:

The product has not been used.

The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (invoice, receipt etc.).

All shipping costs are the customers obligation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT CHANGE ΑND RETURN POLICY

1. The customer / consumer has the right to withdraw from the product purchase contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of the receipt of the product, without giving any reasons. The consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit for withdrawal, if the consumer sends the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the ENTERPRISE before the expiry of the above period. The consumer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised his right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer / consumer must, prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, inform the COMPANY of his / her decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail to info@palidou.com with the following content:

The customer / consumer, who exercises the right of withdrawal, is obliged to return the product in the best condition he/she has received it, and is charged with the shipping costs. The most important condition for the withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used and is in excellent condition, just as before its sale, in full original packaging (box, etc.) which should not be damaged, and with all contents of the original packaging, including the original proof of purchase.

If the customer / consumer withdraws from the contract, the ENTERPRISE shall refund any payment received by the consumer, including the shipping costs, if  the customer has chosen the cheapest standard delivery method provided by the ENTERPRISE. The ENTERPRISE uses the same means of payment to those that the consumer used for the original transaction, within a reasonable time which may not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

All jewelry of the online store www.palidou.com is handmade and constructed by customer orders through the above website. Customers are solely responsible for the correct data regarding all items, related to the order. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to choose the right size of a ring, bracelet, hair accessory, etc. so that it is properly applied to the finger, wrist, head, etc. of the customer. The ENTERPRISE has no responsibility if the customer chooses the wrong size of any product that he/she has ordered. If the customer receives a product and is not satisfied with it or if the product’s size is incorrect, the customer may, within twenty (20) days after the receipt of the product, contact the ENTERPRISE by email to info@palidou.com explaining the reasons for his/her dissatisfaction and attaching a photo of the product, proving his/her reason for dissatisfaction. After reviewing and approving the customer’s request, the ENTERPRISE will send an email to the customer with  a coupon – code of equal value to the product, that the customer wants to replace. The customer will send, bearing the shipping costs, the product and will also cover the shipping costs to receive the desired replacement product, which has equivalent value to the returned product. The customer may choose to replace the returned one with any other product from the online shop www.palidou.com. If there is any difference in the value of the products (returned and replacement product), the difference will be paid by the customer before shipment. If the customer chooses a lesser-priced replacement product, the difference will not be refunded by the ENTERPRISE. The cash difference is credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.

The customer recognizes by accepting these terms an understanding of the nature and the way of construction of the products (handmade) and thus recognizes that there may be variations from product to product even if they constitute more units of the same product category (eg. rings). The above variations do not constitute a defect and the customer cannot return any product solely for this reason. The customer also acknowledges by accepting these terms that the color of each product, as shown in the photos on the online store www.palidou.com, may not necessarily correspond to the actual color of the product, because the display of the photo from the online store depends from the resolution and type of monitor – screen that the customer uses.

The ENTERPRISE makes every effort to give the customer the most complete picture of the product, but some features of the product may not be visible in the photos of the online store www.palidou.com.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTSThe customer has the right to return the products that he has purchased and request their replacement: 1) In all cases that the ENTERPRISE is proven responsible for sending to the customer products other or considerably different than those he/she has ordered [e.g. faulty or poor quality product] and 2) in all cases where there has been a genuine defect in the product.

All product purchased through www.palidou.com can only be replaced by www.palidou.com.

Return of the product for replacement is accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receiving the product by the customer and only after submitting a corresponding «return request” by email to info@palidou.com. The customer must attach a photo of the product to the email and if the ENTERPRISE considers that the product is indeed defective or incorrect (in relation to the order), bears the shipping costs. The ENTERPRISE is obliged to confirm in writing (via email) the “return request” upon receipt within a reasonable time after receipt.

Return of the product for replacement is accepted within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receiving the product and only after submitting a corresponding «return request” by email to: info@palidou.com. The ENTERPRISE is obliged to confirm in writing (via email) the “return request” upon receipt.

Replacement will take into account the value stated on the purchase receipt. If the product will be replaced with one of lesser value [the customers chooses another product from the e-shop] the ENTERPRISE will not reimburse the difference to the customer. The difference is credited to the customer for future purchases.

The product to be replaced / repaired must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.

The products to be replaced should be in their initial condition (as purchased by the customer), and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product along with all the documents accompanying the product (eg invoice, receipt, etc.).

The cost of returning products to the ENTERPRISE is paid by the ENTERPRISE only for the first time through the courier services the ENTERPRISE cooperates with. However, if the products are returned or replaced a second or third time the customer is charged. The cost of re-shipment is paid by the ENTERPRISE. The above apply only to Greece.

Regarding any other worldwide shipments, in the case of returning the product for any reason and the reshipment of the product, the customer will be charged the shipping costs (there is the choice of the Greek posts or the DHL Express courier).If the customer chooses other shipping companies, than those cooperating with the ENTERPRISE for the return of the products, he/she will bear the cost of returning in any case and the ENTERPRISE cannot guarantee the customer the time of receipt of the returned products. At the same time, the ENTERPRISE does not guarantee the safety and security of the goods returned through other shipping companies (other than those cooperating with the ENTERPRISE) and may not be responsible for these products.

After the “return request” is submitted, the ENTERPRISE informs the cooperating courier service and organizes to pick up the products that will be returned from the customer’s address (in Greece and Cyprus) to deliver them to the ENTERPRISE for quality control.

After receiving the returned products and completing the quality control, the ENTERPRISE will, in a reasonable time period, inform the customer about the procedure for the replacement of the products.
